Roofing Work We Do
Most calls start with a leak, a storm or an old roof that looks tired. We handle roof repair for the small stuff, roof replacement when the roof is done, and roof inspections when you just want to know where things stand. After hail or high wind, our storm damage repair page explains how we document what happened. We also hang and fix gutters, since a roof only works if the water gets off it and away from your home.

Roof Replacement
Tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing and new shingles, handled by one small crew that stays on your roof until the job is done.

Roof Repair
Leaks, loose shingles, worn flashing and cracked pipe boots fixed by the same small crew that looked at your roof in the first place.
Roof Inspections
A full walk of your roof, attic and gutters, with photos and a plain report on what is fine, what needs watching and what needs work.
Storm Damage Repair
Hail dents, lifted shingles and torn flashing found, photographed and repaired by one small crew, with plain help on the insurance side.
Gutters
New gutters formed on site, repairs and downspout fixes that move roof water away from your foundation, with the roof edge checked too.
What Changes the Cost
Every roof prices out a little differently, so we won't guess at a final number before we've seen yours. These are the things that push the total up or down. Knowing them makes any estimate easier to read, ours or another company's.
Every estimate we write lists the work line by line, including the price for any extra decking. We talk through your quote by phone, then put it in writing after we've been on the roof.
- Size and pitch
- Roofs are priced by the square, which is 100 square feet. A steep roof takes more time and more safety gear than a low one, so pitch matters as much as size.
- What's under the shingles
- We can't see the decking until the old roof comes off. Soft or rotted boards near the eaves get replaced, and we price that per sheet in writing so there are no surprises.
- Layers to tear off
- Some older homes have two layers of shingles. Taking both off means more labor and more disposal weight.
- Shingle choice
- Standard architectural shingles and impact-rated shingles cost different amounts. In hail country, some homeowners pick impact-rated ones and ask their insurer whether that changes the premium.
- Flashing, vents and details
- Chimneys, skylights, valleys and pipe boots all add work. Attic ventilation sometimes needs fixing too, because a hot attic cooks shingles from below.
- Paperwork and the calendar
- Some towns want a permit before a reroof. If yours does, we file for it and show the fee on your estimate. Crews book up fast after a big spring storm, so getting on the schedule early can make things easier.
How a Job Runs
Most replacements take a day or two. Repairs are often done in a few hours.
- 1
You call, we talk it through
Tell us what you're seeing. Water stain, missing shingles, a gutter pulling loose. We set a time to come look.
- 2
We get on the roof
Up top, we go slope by slope and photograph anything worn, cracked or missing. When there's an attic hatch, we look from underneath too. Then we sit down with you, go over the pictures and tell you if it's a repair or a replacement.
- 3
Written estimate
You get the scope and price in writing. Take your time with it. No pushing.
- 4
Work day
We cover plants and protect the siding, tear off, fix the decking, and install underlayment, flashing and shingles. The same crew stays until it's done.
- 5
Cleanup and final look
Before we pack up, a rolling magnet goes over the grass, flower beds and drive to catch stray nails. Old shingles and scrap leave with us in the trailer. Then we stand in the yard with you and look over the finished roof together.

Why Homeowners Call Us
We keep the crew small on purpose. Fewer hands means fewer handoffs, and fewer things lost between the estimate and the work.
One crew, no handoffs
The person who looks at your roof is on the roof when the work gets done. You won't meet a salesman once and then a stranger on install day. If you have a question halfway through, the answer comes from someone who was there.
30+ years of roofing experience
Behind our work sit 30+ years of roofing experience. Over that stretch you learn that valleys usually wear out first, that flashing is where corners get cut, and what a hailstone does to a shingle mat. You also learn which repairs will hold up and which won't.
Oklahoma CIB roofing license
We hold an Oklahoma CIB roofing license. Ask about it on the phone and we'll tell you how to look it up.
10-year workmanship warranty
Our labor is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty. If something we installed fails because of how we put it on, we come back and make it right. We'll explain what it covers before any work starts.
Repair when repair is enough
Plenty of roofs have years left in them. If a handful of shingles and a boot will fix it, that's what we'll tell you. We show you photos so you can see the reason for our answer.

A Small Roofing Company That Stays on the Job
Roofing Nicoma Park is a small outfit. That's how we want it. We'd rather do fewer roofs and know every one than run five crews we never see.
Spring hail, straight-line wind and summer heat all go after shingles, and older ranch homes often have flashing and vents that were never quite right. We fix what's there and tell you plainly what we see.
When you call, you talk to people who actually do the work. That stays true from the first ladder to the final sweep of your driveway.

Questions We Hear From Homeowners
Should my roof be repaired or replaced?
It depends on the age of the shingles and how widespread the damage is. If most of the roof still holds up well, a repair is usually the sensible choice. You see our photos, hear our reasoning and make the decision yourself.
Will you help with my insurance claim after hail?
We check the whole roof, photograph what the hail did and write a scope you can give your insurance company. We can also meet your adjuster on the roof if you want. We don't act as the adjuster, and payment on the claim is settled between you and your insurer.
Who actually works on my roof?
A single small crew from start to finish. The person who looks at your roof first is there doing the work. Nobody hands your job to strangers.
What warranty comes with the work?
We back our work with a 10-year workmanship warranty. How it applies varies with the job and materials, so we go over it with you before anything is signed. Give us a call and we'll explain what it means for your roof.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take a day or two. Weather can push back the start date, and we won't tear off a roof with rain on the way. If the schedule changes, we let you know a day ahead.
Does someone need to be home during the job?
Most of the time, no. We'd like a few words with you at the start and a walk around the roof together when we finish. On tear-off day, please keep pets inside and cars off the driveway.
Why do my gutters overflow in heavy rain?
Most often they're clogged, sagging or undersized for the roof draining into them. Sometimes the downspouts are in a poor spot. We look at the pitch and the outlets and tell you if a cleaning, a repair or new gutters will fix it.
